I am facing the challenges of keeping the flat clean while my back aches.
I seem to ache more in the morning (I look like a zombie when I am moving about) but it does get better throughout the day. My back now does not feel too bad so this is the best time for me to get the housework done. While I am delaying clearing out our bedroom until I feel much better I need to make sure that I keep the place clean otherwise it will be a big job once I feel better (though I am not lifting the couch up until I have recovered)
