Keeping rooms clean

Getting the flat clean is only half of the battle. Keeping it clean is the other half.

In some regards my partner is like having a fourth child. While he does wash the dishes, that is about all that he does. He leaves dirty dishes and wrappers on his desk, he does not put his coat and shoes where they should go (which makes keeping the hall clean challenging)

I just would like to get the flat clean so I just have to deal with maintaining the flat rather than trying to clean the flat and maintain the rooms that I have done.

I have found out one of my cleaning books. I will read that tonight before I go to sleep. I just need to find my ten minute housekeeping book and I will be set.

I think I might write down the most useful tips out of the both of them for easy access.
